Process for Receiving Payments in the Oct–Dec Final Phase
Women can easily collect their final phase payments by following these steps:
1. Visit Your Nearest BISP Payment Center
Payments are being distributed only through official BISP payment centers, just like the first two phases.
2. Bring Your Original CNIC
Without your original ID card, you will not receive the payment.
3. Get a Token First
Before receiving the amount, you must take a token from the counter.
No token = no payment.
4. Check Your Balance Before Visiting
Use the 8171 SMS service or BISP portal to confirm your amount.
5. Collection Timings
Payments can be received from 9 AM to 5 PM at designated centers.
6. Biometric Verification
Biometric verification is required. If your fingerprints fail, BISP staff will guide you to an alternative verification method.
Which Women Can Take Double Payment of the Kafalat Program?
Many women are asking about double installments, and here is the clear answer:
Women Eligible for Double Payment
You will receive double payment ONLY if:
- You missed your previous quarterly installment, AND
- You did not receive the amount due to technical issues, thumb verification problems, or district delays.
These women will now receive:
- Previous unpaid installment
+ - Current Oct–Dec installment
Women NOT Eligible for Double Payment
- Those who already received their previous installment
- Women who collected payments regularly in earlier phases
